THE IMPERIAL GRILL - is a tabletop model that can be used to perform three separate functions.

1) BARBECUE GRILL- This unit can be used like any gas, charcoal or electric grill for grilling a variety of foods.

2) ROASTER WITH ROTISSERIE- Unit is supplied with a rotisserie which can be used for roasting items as large as a turkey, etc.

3) SMOKER-This unit is excellent for smoking various cuts of meat such as steaks, ribs, etc. while grilling.

COOKING GRIDS- The cooking surface is comprised of two cooking grids that interlock. This allows for easy removal for cleaning purposes. The grids are coated with a very durable non-stick coating called Duracoat. This coating prevents food from sticking and also makes clean up very easy in the sink or dishwasher.

FLIPPER- In addition to the grids, the Imperial Grill comes with a unique utensil called the Flipper. The Flipper works like a spatula but is designed with fingers that fit between the ribs of the cooking grid. This allows the utensil to go under the food and lift it without breaking up items such as fish fillets, hamburgers, etc.
